Tour overview
The park is famous for being the best place in Africa to get close to free-ranging elephants among other wildlife species. Other attraction of the park includes opportunities to meet the Maasai people and also offers spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain in the world. There are many other wildlife species including lion, buffalo, antelopes, hyenas. The park has big skies and far horizons combined with swampy springs and dry and dusty earth.
Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
You will be met by our driver guide at your hotel in Nairobi or airport by 0800 to start the 4hr journey through the scenic Athi Plains to Amboseli National Park. The park is famous as a viewing location of Africa’s highest snow capped mountain (Mount Kilimanjaro). Arrival and check in at the lodge in time for lunch. Relax for a while before joining your driver guide for an afternoon game drive to see huge herds of elephant and other wild game such as the lion, cheetah, antelope, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo and the giraffe with the towering Mt Kilimanjaro as the backdrop.

Day 2: Amboseli to Nairobi
Breakfast at the camp, with morning and afternoon game drives at the park
(Optional Maasai Village visit) – Amboseli is the home to the legendary Maasai tribesmen.
All meals and overnight at Kibo Safari Camp.
Day 3: Amboseli to Nairobi
Sunrise game drive before breakfast. This is also the best time to view Mount Kilimanjaro before the mist and clouds cover it. Get back to the lodge for late breakfast before departing to drive back to Nairobi. Upon arrival you will be dropped at your hotel or to the airport for your outbound flight
